doing a lot of reading, one book is mastering composition by ian roberts. gave me the idea for a planning experiment for next batch of paintings. in particular, planning invisible skeletons for paintings ahead of time and also planning a sort of general “value map” also ahead of time. not positive thats what roberts was pushing but thats the direction i want to head in for this experiment. hope everybodys doing well!
